This is a simple
small child's game, created with the visual programming language Delphi.
The game should test and develop a child's observational skills as well as
develop skills with using the mouse.
The object of this game is to identify two identical patterns in shape and
colour from four lines of colourful line drawings as quickly as you
can. A screen shot of the game at the start of the first game in the
EASY level is shown below.
Click the New Game button to set the shapes at random and start the
clock ticking. Find the two identical shapes and click one after the
other and then the New Game button to set up a new game repeating
through to complete ten games as quickly as you can. In the
screen shot above, the two lorries with red wheels and blue top are the
identical ones.
Some-times it is easy to see the identical shapes and other-times it is not so you might need the Hint button which becomes available after a short while. This suggests a row in which you will find one of the two identical shapes.
There are five levels of increasing difficulty to play, with more difficult shapes to deal with at the higher levels.
(Note: To run the game, double click the downloaded file shapeup.exe. )
